Overview
All product complaints must be registered with the Laysan Sales Team within 48 hours of receiving your order. This covers shortage, breakage, wrong product, shipping damage etc . Please check your order when you receive it, place in coldest freezer and contact Laysan right away with any concerns.
For shipping damage. The product(s) should be placed in the coldest possible freezer in its original packaging. For shipping damage please keep the original packaging it was received in. Take a picture of the damage to send to sales@laysanbio.com along with purchase order number, company name and address, contact person name, phone number and email address along with carrier name and tracking number.
For wrong product received. Take a picture or the wrong product received. Email this picture to sales@laysanbio.com along with your company name, purchase order number, Laysan sales order number, contact name, phone number and email address.
You Order the wrong product. Check order as soon as it is received. Place product in the coldest possible freezer. Contact the Laysan Sales Team by phone 256.586.9004 or email sales@laysanbio.com.
DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK BEFORE CONTACTING THE LAYSAN SALES TEAM AND GETTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Shipping returns
All product returns must be sent in protective packaging for overnight delivery or International Priority for the stability of the product. Email tracking number to sales@laysanbio.com when label is created. Once Laysan receives the package we will contact you with the next step.
