Description

Acrylate-PEG-Acrylate (ACRL-PEG-ACRL) is a linear, bifunctional PEG product with an acrylate (ACRL) groups at each end of the PEG chain. This molecule is ideal for applications requiring radical or photopolymerization, such as 3D printing or coatings

Key Features:

  • Bifunctionality: The two acrylate groups allow for crosslinking of polymer networks and the formation of PEG hydrogels.  
  • Versatility: Can be used in both radical polymerization and photopolymerization processes.  
  • Solubility: Soluble in various solvents, including water, aqueous buffers, chloroform, methylene chloride, DMF, DMSO, and less soluble in alcohol and toluene.
